We had a spacious room with a comfortable bed, and it was just a short stroll to the stunning Exmoor Forest, perfect for our city strolls and park views, while the nearby Simonsbath Sawmill offered an interesting glimpse into the local history, making for a delightful weekend getaway.

I stayed at the Exmoor Forest Inn for one night and loved the cozy atmosphere. The lady at the front desk greeted me warmly, making me feel at home right off the bat. My room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom had a bathtub, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Breakfast offered fantastic options, especially the smoked trout with scrambled eggs. The dinner menu was impressive. I enjoyed a homemade steak and ale pie that was delicious. The staff genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. Although the heating felt a bit too warm for my taste, I appreciated the option to open the window. While I didn't have issues during my stay, I noticed that a bathroom shelf could improve convenience. it was a pleasant experience in a beautiful location for walking, despite the minor warmth issue.

The large double room was really cozy with a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and nice toiletries. We were impressed by the exceptional food, especially the Sunday roast with perfectly cooked veggies. The location is ideal for walking, with trails nearby. The staff were super attentive, and the whole vibe is perfect for unwinding after hiking.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored two amazing spots for wild trout and salmon fishing, and the atmosphere was perfect for unwinding. The large spacious room was spotless and really modern. The staff were so friendly, and the food was delicious without breaking the bank!
